Where does the term "pharmacoethics" come from?

Well, I though I'd invented the term, in parallel to the more common term "pharmacoeconomics," which is, roughly, the study of economic implications of drug therapy.

I intend "pharmacoethics," then, to mean the study of the ethical implications of...not just drug therapy...but of the development, promotion, sales, prescription, and use of pharmaceuticals.

As it turns out, Seymour Katz & Robert DiGregorio wrote an article entitled "Pharmacoeconomics" back in '97, so I guess they get credit for the term. That's the earliest (in fact, only) other reference I've found to the term.
